Post secondary education
Two years of customer service experience (part or full time) an asset
Driver's license with a clean driving record
Computer literacy

Responsibilities

Sell Discount's promotions at the counter and on the phone
Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly resale targets
Use questioning techniques to determine customers' needs and recommend vehicle sizes
Provide service that "goes the extra mile"
Participate in overall growth targets of the location based on both external and internal sales
Open and close rental agreements and complete billing to customers
Complete insurance authorizations and extensions on rentals
Provide administrative support including the completion of daily paperwork

Requirements

Driver's license with a clean driving record
High school graduate
Customer service experience
Experience in a retail environment an asset

Responsibilities

Play a key role in Discount's day to day operations by being the initial contact in providing customer service through pick-up and delivery of clients
Required to work as a team player
Ensure proper vehicle inspection is followed
Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of returning vehicles
Inform customers of Discount's current marketing and sales promotions
